A Passion for Heritage and Castles
Our passion for castles is deeply rooted and personal. Since 1985, we have immersed ourselves in historic buildings, castles, and manors throughout Europe. What began as a fascination has grown into a lifelong mission: over 200 castles visited in person, more than 2,000 properties analyzed, and two castles personally purchased, restored, and sold at a profit.
Our strength lies in both experience and vision. We know how to translate historical value into emotional appeal and financial return. This calls for a love of heritage, an eye for detail, and the courage to think differently. From thoughtful staging and antique styling to budget-conscious renovations, we guide the entire process with the same dedication as we would give to our own home.
This passion is also passed on within our family. Together with my daughter, raised among castles and trained in creative business and media, we blend heritage knowledge with modern presentation, storytelling, and content creation. In doing so, we build bridges between generations and between past and future. For me, at the age of eighteen, that legacy was more than enough reason to pursue a future in which I could own and care for multiple castles myself.
Our experience is far from theoretical: We have personally purchased, restored, and successfully sold castles. We understand what it truly means to own a historic property, including the challenges and responsibilities that come with it.
My daughter studied creative business and social media, allowing us to bridge the old and the new and turn our shared passion into a lasting success. She was still a child when we bought our first castle and has grown up with a castle mindset. I am proud to now work alongside her, passing on our expertise and enthusiasm to others.

We assist buyers and sellers in the €600,000 to €6 million range. This is the segment in which we have the most experience and where we can add the greatest value in terms of strategy, presentation, and guidance.
3. Do we offer help with financing, legal or tax matters?
No, we do not provide legal, tax or financial advice. Our focus is on content-driven guidance in finding, assessing, restoring, and making the most of a castle or historic property.
4. What makes us service unique?
We combine hands-on experience (we’ve personally purchased and restored castles) with strategic insight. Thanks to our historical knowledge and creative approach, we help clients avoid common pitfalls and make restoration affordable and manageable. With our SMART approach, clients often save tens of thousands to even hundreds of thousands of euros.
5. What if a buyer wants to use the castle for a B&B or events?
We also advise on commercial plans. Whether you want to start a B&B, wedding venue, or retreat, we help assess feasibility, interior layout, permits (in collaboration with local experts), and smart use of space.
6. How often can we attend viewings?
As often as needed. In most cases, two visits to the same property are sufficient provided there is solid preparation in advance. If desired, we can also schedule viewings on consecutive days.
