No, we do not charge for our time. Only travel expenses are reimbursed when a formal assignment is agreed. Tailored services such as interior advice or styling are offered on a quotation basis.
3. Do you offer help with financing, legal or tax matters?
No, we do not provide legal, tax or financial advice. Our focus is on content-driven guidance in finding, assessing, restoring, and making the most of a castle or historic property.
4. What makes your service unique?

Thanks to our historical knowledge and creative approach, we help clients avoid common pitfalls and make restoration affordable and manageable. 5. What if a buyer wants to use the castle for a B&B or events?

6. How often can you attend viewings?
As often as needed. In most cases, two visits to the same property are sufficient provided there is solid preparation in advance. If desired, we can also schedule viewings on consecutive days.
